$32-adult

$27-children (3-11)

this includes (dental cleaning, periodontal assessment, polishing, fluoride, oral cancer screening & oral self care education)

Additional Costs:

$5-35-xrays

$10-dental sealants

$30-custom sports guard

$80-custom whitening tray
