For 6 months, From May 5th 2019 to November 5th 2019
- If you pay on Cash & etransfer, NO transaction fee
- For Credit cards, visa, Paypal, and all other payment methods, there is 3% fee being added.
- Your visitor (friends, family) has to pay CAD49/day (night). (Discount at : CAD29)
- Laundry use: $15/week. Discount at CAD10/ week
- Security Deposit : CAD500 (to be returned when you move out)
- Tenant Insurance: CAD20/month
(security deposit is to make sure you keep your room & our condo unit clean, no damage, no vandalism (painting, drawing, nailing,…). Cleanliness is very important; and to prevent bed bugs.
