Standard Policy

Security Deposit Policy:

In adherence to our standard protocol aimed at guaranteeing the reservation and securing of event dates, a security deposit is obligatory. This deposit retains its non-refundable status should an event be canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date. Its principal purpose is to mitigate the expenses associated with staffing and operational costs for the event. 

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations 45 days in advance from event start time will receive a full refund

• Cancellations 30 days to 45 days in advance will receive a 50% refund

• Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.

• Leng Keng reserved the right of final explanation and decision.
